New Herbert message

Today, on CP, Herbert left us a new message!

In case you cant read it, or the image isnt there… it says:

Hello Easily Perturbed Fowl! Seems your system is well defended. So this week I’m trying something else. Just a minor test of your skills. MWA HA HA!

 

I have a question that I have been wanting to ask for a while now… How can Herbert and Probot send us messages to our phones???
